All orders are shipped next day. Buisness days only(monday-friday) Holidays and Stats are excluded.

Shipping Discretion
Orders are shipped in plain packaging with no reference to what the parcel contains.

Returns
Due to the intimate nature of items sold, all sales are final. Once an item leaves our warehouse, they are considered used. We will not accept returns on them, or exchange them.

Cancellations
All orders can be canceled and refunded up until when the order ships.

Back Orders
We try to make sure our inventory levels reflect our stock as best as possible, but sometimes mistakes happen. If there are any items from your order that we do not currently have you will be contacted via email as soon as we realize.

Received order, incorrect
If you have received a package from us and anything in your order is missing or incorrect please email us and we will work with you to get it corrected. We must be contact by you in regards to this matter within 7 days of receival of your order.

Received order, defective

Packaging
In order to economize and keep shipping charges down as low as possible sometimes toys are removed for excessively bulky packaging before shipping.
